We can easily reduce the negative effects of these harmful substances in the air by adorning our homes with some air purifying plants. The NASA study concluded that 18 plants are highly effective in removing indoor toxins and some of the plants are better than others for specific chemicals. The best places to keep the plants are where we spend most of our time – at home (especially in the bedroom) and at work.
